Work with faculty & staff to produce podcasts & websites to meet the teaching, research and patient care missions of the Arizona Health Sciences Center. Duties include defining project scope, timeline and budgeting requirements on video production, web development and data management projects. Lead a staff of eight web developers with a focus on collaboration. Develop custom websites using the Drupal content management framework. Manage the College of Medicine’s lecturecasts, writing workflows for Podcast Producer which automates the compression and posting of podcasts to iTunes U. Designed the hardware / software solution that has led to more than 1000 lecturecasts posted to the password-protected side of iTunes U.

Participated in three separate 48-hour film shootouts. Filmmakers are given a genre, prop, line of dialog or film title and need to write, shoot and edit a short film in 48 hours. “First Date” (2007) was selected as Best Picture and Audience Favorite. “Biker Babes from Beyond” (2009) was honored for Best Editing. Biker Babes was shot on an Canon HV20 and edited in Final Cut Pro.
